Shipping Policy
We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the United States and abroad. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Order processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Due to order volume, domestic events, international events, and shipping carrier processes, delivery delays may occur.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
Partial Order Fulfillment
Your order may ship in multiple packages and products may ship at different times.
For large orders exceeding our standard shipping capacity, products shipped from different locations, out-of-stock products, preordered products, backordered products, or products with different processing times, we may split your order into multiple shipments to ensure timely delivery. We do not apply additional shipping fees to partial shipment or split orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Additional shipping and handling costs may apply to orders outside the continental United States.
Shipping Addresses
We ship to multiple countries. However, there are some limitations.
We ship to addresses within the United States, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
The availability of international shipping will vary based on your location, the product being purchased, the availability of shipping carriers, and the regulations and guidelines of your country. Not all products or services are available in all countries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs, fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All customer fees, fees imposed during or after shipping, tariffs, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for paying these fees to release your package.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or text once your order has shipped. The shipment confirmation will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
